Once you book the trial, you’ll be asked to fill out a short intake form so I can access what I need and get a feel for how you like to work together.

From there, we can hop on a quick call to meet and chat through exactly what you’d like support with. Or, if you already know what you need, you’re welcome to start sending over tasks straight away. Totally up to you!

If the project genuinely fits within 5 hours, absolutely! But this trial is designed for smaller tasks, internal updates, or getting a feel for how we work together before committing to a full retainer. If you’re looking for help with a full build or template customization for a client, one of my white label packages will likely be a better fit (and better value too).

I’ll update you on the time left after each task, and will remind you before the trial ends so you can make the most of your time. However, any unused hours do expire after the two-week window.

The trial is designed as a one-time thing so we can test the waters before committing to a retainer. If you need more support after the trial, you’ll be able to upgrade to a 10- or 20-hour plan or continue at my standard hourly rate.

If you need extra support after the trial, you’ll have the option to upgrade to a 10- or 20-hour monthly retainer. Or, if you just want to wrap up a project I've already started, I can continue at my standard hourly rate of $120/hour.

Nope! There’s zero commitment beyond the trial. You’ll have the option to continue with a retainer when it's over BUT only if it feels like the right fit for you!
